P1 Service Hosts Session at KASB Conference
WICHITA, Kan. – P1 Service presented “How Three Districts are Producing Solutions to the Deferred Maintenance Issue” at the Kansas Association of School Boards (KASB) Convention December 3-4 in Wichita.
Dana Dunn and Rusty Roderick of P1 Service hosted the session with a panel of three Kansas school superintendents:
- Andi Williams, South Barber USD 255
- Jeremy Boldra, Flinthills USD 492
- K. Campbell, Winfield USD 465
The superintendents shared the P1 approach to “All Things Facilities for Kansas Schools” and discussed how P1 Service had assisted their districts in upgrading aging building systems.
“Teaching our school districts how to solve the deferred maintenance problems is what we do,” said Dana Dunn, who is P1 Service’s K-12 Business Development Director. “We understand that school district stakeholders and the community are not facility experts. We are able to change paradigms by teaching our schools a different way, a better way to solve these problems.”
Many thanks to the educators for participating in the session and sharing their insights.
